Introduction and About Us
Wiggle was founded in 2023 by a group of friends who are passionate about helping people connect with each other, building communities and sharing experiences. We believe that the best way to do this is through shared experiences, and that's why we created Wiggle. We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for our community.
Wiggle App and Website (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) is owned by Local Le Swued (hereinafter, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Wiggle is a mobile application developed for Android and iOS that allows Users (“hereinafter, “you” or “your”) to explore and discover new events in the city, allow Users to meet other Users and go to events together. At Wiggle, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to connect with new people and experience new things, and we are here to make that happen.
These Wiggle Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”) along with the Wiggle Privacy Policy shall govern your use of the Platform. By accessing the Wiggle website and app, you signify you consent the Agreement between you and us. If you do not agree with these Terms or any part thereof, we highly recommend that you stop using our services with immediate effect.
Wiggle Use
Before you access the Wiggle App you will need to setup a User Account (each, a “User Account”). In order to create a User Account;
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority to legally enter into a contract under the laws of your home country; and
- You must be legally permitted to use Wiggle App and Website by the laws of your home country.
Setting Up User Accounts
You can create a User Account by doing a manual registration through your email address (each, a “registered email address”) or an automated registration using your Google, Apple or Facebook Account. If you create an Account using automated registration such as by using Facebook logins, you authorize us to access, display and use certain information from your Facebook account (e.g. profile pictures, relationship status, location and information about Facebook friends). For more information about what information we use and how we use it, please check out our Privacy Policy.
Each User Account is unique to a User and no two Users can share the same User Account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and secure as we do not take any responsibility for a breach of your User Account. We recommend that you immediately report any incident of security breach to our concerned team as soon as you discover a security threat to your account.
User Account Guidelines
As a User, you shall be required to ensure that;
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain accurate, current, and complete account information;
- You may not open multiple accounts or transfer your account to another person;
- You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and are prohibited from disclosing them to any third party; and
- You are responsible and liable for all activities conducted through your account and must notify us immediately if you believe your credentials have been lost, stolen, or your account has been compromised in any way.
Unauthorized and Illegal Content
For the safety and integrity of the Platform and to ensure protection of our Users, we do not allow certain Content on Wiggle App and Website. We want our users to be able express themselves as much as possible and post all sorts of things on Wiggle, but we have to impose restrictions on certain Content which;
- contains language or imagery that could be considered offensive or is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person (including, but not limited to, language that could be considered discriminatory based on a person's race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender identity, or physical appearance);
- is obscene, pornographic, violent, or otherwise may be offensive to human dignity (including, but not limited to, language that could be construed as discriminatory based on a person's race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender identity, or physical appearance);
- is abusive, insulting, threatening, discriminatory, or promotes or encourages racism, sexism, hatred, or bigotry (including, but not limited to, language that could be construed as discriminatory based on a person's race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender identity, or physical appearance);
- encourages any illegal activity, including terrorism, inciting racial hatred, or the submission of which constitutes perpetrating a crime;
- is defamatory or libelous;
- relates to commercial activities (such as, but not limited to, sales, competitions, and advertising, as well as connections to other websites or premium line telephone numbers);
- involves the transmission of “junk” or “spam” mails;
- contains any spyware, adware, viruses, corrupt files, worm programmes or other malicious code intended to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of or disrupt any software, hardware, telecommunications, networks, servers or other equipment, Trojan horse or any other material intended to damage, interfere with, improperly intercept or expropriate any data or personal information, whether from Wiggle or otherwise;
- itself or the publication of which violates the rights of a third party (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights and privacy rights);
- identifies a third-party without their consent;
- is harmful to minors; and
- impersonates a third-party and falsely states their name.
We have a zero tolerance policy and resort to enforcement measures that we have in place against the removal of such Content.
Wiggle Enforcement Measures
We use a combination of automated systems and a team of moderators to monitor and review User Accounts and messages for Content that indicates breaches of these Terms. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to terminate or suspend any Account, restrict access to the App, or make use of any operational, technological, legal or other means available to enforce the Terms (including without limitation blocking specific IP addresses), at any time without liability and without the need to give you prior notice.
Without limiting the foregoing in any way, we expressly reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Account without notice (1) for violating these terms, (2) due to your conduct on the App, or your conduct with other users of the App (including your “offline” conduct), if we, in our sole discretion, determine your conduct was inappropriate or improper, (3) if we or our affiliates, in our or their sole discretion, determine your conduct on other apps operated by our affiliates was inappropriate or improper, or (4) for any reasons whatsoever that we deem, in our sole discretion, justifies termination. If your Account is terminated or suspended, you agree you will not receive a refund for any paid service or features you have already been charged for.
You may not access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the App or our systems. Certain portions of the App may not be accessible if you have not registered for an Account.
Community Guidelines
You concur that your Content must adhere to our Community Guidelines at (Insert community guidelines hyperlink here), as updated periodically. Due to the unique nature of your Content, you are responsible and liable for your Content and will indemnify, defend, absolve, and hold us harmless for any claims made in connection with Your Content.
Since we are an online community, we generally try to avoid getting in the way and therefore don't presume any obligation to pre-screen any of Your Content or any other User Content. However, we reserve the right to review, pre-screen, refuse, and/or remove any User Content, including your Content, including content communicated between users in direct messages.
Wiggle Content
Other text, content, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, sounds, artwork, and other intellectual property appearing on Wiggle, in addition to the Wiggle software and database(s) (including the Platform), are owned, controlled, or licensed by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, data, database, and/or other intellectual property law rights. All rights, ownership, and interests in our Content remain with us permanently.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use Wiggle Content. This right to use granted to Users does not include the right to sub-license our Content. Further, the Users;
- agree not to use, sell, modify, or distribute our Content except as permitted by the functionality of the Wiggle App;
- agree not to use or name in metatags, keywords, and/or hidden texts;
- agree not to create derivative works from our Content or scrape, disable, decompile, analyze, or commercially exploit our Content in any manner; and
- agree to use our Content for lawful purposes only.
All our rights our reserved by Wiggle.
Profile Picture Requirement:
As a user of Wiggle, it is mandatory to upload a profile picture within 24 hours of creating your account. The profile picture should accurately represent you, and it must not include random objects, symbols, or fictitious characters.
Account Deletion Policy:
Failure to comply with the profile picture requirement within the specified timeframe may result in the deletion of your account. Wiggle reserves the right to take this action to maintain the quality of user interactions and community engagement within the app.
Importance of a Profile Picture:
Community Engagement: A profile picture enhances the sense of community and contributes to a more engaging user experience.
User Recognition:
It helps other users recognize and connect with each other more easily.
Personalization:
A profile picture adds a personal touch to user interactions within the app.
User Obligation:
Users are responsible for ensuring that their uploaded profile pictures adhere to the guidelines outlined in Wiggle's policies. Any violation may lead to account suspension or removal.
Appeals and Support:
Users have the right to appeal account actions related to the profile picture requirement. For assistance or inquiries, please contact our support team at wiggle@example.com.
User Representation and Warranties
User’s represent and warrant that;
- They shall comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, equal opportunity laws and regulatory requirements;
- They shall use their real name and real age in creating the Wiggle Account and on their profiles; and
- They shall use the Services in such manner and form as Wiggle intends to provide them.
- act in an unlawful or unprofessional manner, including being dishonest, abusive, or discriminatory;
- misrepresent their identity, age, current or former positions, qualifications, or affiliations with a person or entity;
- disclose information that they do not have the consent to disclose;
- stalk or harass any other User of the App;
- create or operate a pyramid scheme, fraud, or other similar practice; or
- develop, support, or use software, devices, scripts, robots, or other automated means to access or use the App or to scrape, exfiltrate, or otherwise reproduce profiles and other data from Wiggle or its services.
If you witness any abuse or violation of our Terms or Policies, you are encouraged to report such incidents, or the users engaged in causing such incidents or propagating illicit or harmful content by contacting us through our support email. We reserve the right to investigate any possible violations of these Terms, any Wiggle User's rights, or any third party's rights, and we may, at our sole discretion, immediately terminate any User's right to use the App without prior notice and/or remove any improper, infringing, or otherwise unauthorized Member Content submitted to the App. Because we have no control over what our users say or do, you are solely responsible for your interactions with other App users.
YOU ARE AWARE THAT WIGGLE GROUP DOES NOT CURRENTLY COVER ITS USERS WITH A BACKGROUND REVIEW. WIGGLE DOES NOT EITHER INQUIRE INTO THE BACKGROUNDS OF ITS USERS NOR TRY TO VERIFY THEIR STATEMENTS. WIGGLE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE CONDUCT OF CURRENT OR FUTURE USERS OR THEIR COMPATIBILITY WITH CURRENT OR FUTURE USERS. WIGGLE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONDUCT ANY CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK OR OTHER SCREENING (INCLUDING SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION SEARCHES) AT ANY TIME AND TO USE PUBLIC RECORDS FOR ANY PURPOSE.You agree to release Wiggle and its successors from any claims, demands, losses, damages, rights, and actions of any kind, including personal injuries, death, and property damage, arising directly or indirectly from your interactions with or conduct toward other App users.

Push Notification/Location Based Features
We may send you emails, text messages, push notifications, alerts, and other communications regarding the Wiggle App and/or services, including updates, offers, products, events, and promotions. You will be prompted to approve or decline push notifications/alerts after installing the Wiggle App. If you choose not to receive text notifications/alerts, you will not receive any. If you approve, you will receive push notifications/alerts automatically. If you no longer wish to receive push notifications/alerts from the application, you can opt out by adjusting your mobile device's notification settings. Regarding other types of messaging or communications, such as emails, text messages, etc., you can unsubscribe or opt out by following the instructions included in such communications or by sending us an email at Support@thewiggleapp.com with your request.
Based on your location, the App may provide access to or opportunities to view certain content and receive other products, services, and/or other materials. To provide you with access to these opportunities, the App will ascertain your location using one or more reference points, such as GPS, Bluetooth, and/or mobile device software. You will be unable to access location-specific content, products, services, and materials if you have configured your mobile device to disable GPS, Bluetooth, or other location-determining software, or if you do not authorize the App to access your location data. Limitation of Wiggle Liability
NEITHER WIGGLE NOR ANY OWNER, DIRECTOR, EMPLOYEE, AFFILIATE, PRINCIPLE, OR ANY RELATED PARTIES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, PROFIT OR GOODWILL, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP, WEBSITE, USER PROFILES, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PROPRIETARY RIGHTS INFRINGEMENT, PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.
EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY AND REMAIN IN FORCE WITH FULL EFFECT. IF YOU BECOME DISSATISFIED WITH THE APP OR WEBSITE IN ANY WAY, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO CEASE USING THE APP AND WEBSITE. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION OR WEBSITE. IF ANY PART OF THIS LIMITATION ON LIABILITY IS DETERMINED TO BE INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR WHATEVER REASON, THEN OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU HAVE PAID TO WIGGLE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS PRECEDING SUCH DETERMINATION OF LIABILITY.
THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CONTAINED HEREIN REFLECTS A FAIR ALLOCATION OF RISK AND IS A FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENT OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN. THE APP AND SITE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS, AND YOU AGREE THAT THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY, DISCLAIMERS, AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN WILL SURVIVE EVEN IF FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. NOTHING IN THE FOREGOING APPLIES TO ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT REPRESENTATIONS, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Use Disclaimer
THE APP, SITE, OUR CONTENT, AND MEMBER CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE COMPATIBILITY OF ANY USER MATCHES, WITHOUT LIMITATION.
IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THE ABOVE EXCLUSION OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WE WILL PROVIDE THE MINIMUM EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WRITTEN OR ORAL, SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION.
ADDITIONALLY, WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES THAT THE APP OR SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP OR SITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, OR THAT THE APP, SITE, OUR CONTENT, ANY MEMBER CONTENT, OR ANY PART THEREOF, IS CORRECT, ACCURATE, OR RELIABLE. YOU USE THE APPLICATION OR WEBSITE AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ALONE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CORRESPONDENCE WITH OTHER USERS. WIGGLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY USER'S CONDUCT.
Indemnification
All of your actions and your information posted on Wiggle shall remain your sole responsibility. Therefore, you agree to indemnify, defend, release, and hold us harmless, as well as our partners, licensors, affiliates, contractors, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, from and against any third party claims, damages (actual and/or consequential), actions, proceedings, demands, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) suffered or reasonably incurred by us arising out of or in connection with any negligent acts, omissions or willful misconduct by you, your access to and use of the Wiggle App, the uploading or submission of Content to the App by you, any breach of these Terms by you; and/or your violation of any law or of any rights of any third party.
Without your consent, we reserve the right to resolve, compromise, and pay any and all claims or causes of action brought against us. If we request it, you will cooperate with us in the defense of any relevant claim in a reasonable and complete manner. The preceding provision does not require you to indemnify Wiggle for any unfair business practice, fraud, deception, false promise, misrepresentation, or concealment, suppression, or omission of any material fact relating to the Wiggle App.
Dispute Resolution
Dispute between UsersWiggle shall not be a party to any dispute that arises between two or more Users of its Platform and will only act as an Adjudicator between them. Users are encouraged to report any disputes to Wiggle via email at Support@thewiggleapp.com.
Dispute between Users and Wiggle
Disputes arising between Users and Wiggle shall be resolved by way of Arbitration. This clause constitutes an Arbitration Agreement between User and Wiggle and requires You and Wiggle to resolve disputes by binding arbitration instead of in Court, and limits the manner in which the Parties may seek relief from each other.
Application. This Arbitration Agreement applies to any and all disputes or claims (whether based in contract, tort, statute, ordinance, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal or equitable theory) between you and Wiggle arising out of or relating to the Terms, prior versions of the Terms, your use of our App or Website, or any other aspect of your relationship with Wiggle, including claims or disputes arising (but not actually filed in arbitration) before the effective date of this Arbitration Agreement. By entering into these Terms, you and Wiggle agree that such disputes or claims will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, with the following exceptions: (i) you or Wiggle may assert individual claims in small claims court if your claims qualify; and (ii) you or Wiggle may seek equitable relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.
Notice of Dispute and Informal Resolution (Mediation and Negotiation). Before initiating the arbitration procedure, you and Wiggle agree to notify each other in writing of the dispute at least sixty days before initiating arbitration. Notice to Wiggle must be sent by email at Support@thewiggleapp.com. A copy must also be sent to our registered address at Gamlestadsvagen 281 415 02 Gothenburg. Each Notice of Dispute must include your name, current email address, mailing address, and telephone number, as well as the name, email address, and telephone number associated with your Wiggle account (if different from your current information); and a detailed description of the nature of the claim and the relief sought.
You and Wiggle agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any claim or dispute covered by this Arbitration Agreement through teleconference or videoconference or in person, whatever the case may be based on Parties’ convenience and mutual agreement. If either party is represented by counsel, that counsel may participate in the informal conference to resolve the dispute. All offers, promises, conduct, and statements made during the informal dispute resolution process by any party, its agents, employees, and attorneys are confidential and not admissible in any subsequent proceeding, provided that evidence that is otherwise admissible or discoverable is not rendered inadmissible or non-discoverable as a result of its use during the informal dispute resolution process.
The informal dispute resolution conference shall occur within 60 days of receipt of the written notice described above, unless an extension is mutually agreed upon. If, after participating in that conference, the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, the claimant may commence an arbitration in accordance with this Agreement. Completion of this informal dispute resolution is a condition precedent to filing any demand for arbitration. Failure to do so is a breach of this Agreement, and no demand for arbitration shall be valid unless such written notice is provided and good faith discussions have been conducted.
Rules of Arbitration. The Swedish Arbitration Act, 1999 governs this Arbitration Agreement and applies to its interpretation and enforcement. Additionally,
- The Venue and Seat of Arbitration Proceedings shall be Sweden, Europe;
- The language of Arbitration Proceedings shall be English;
- Costs of Arbitration Proceedings shall be equally borne by both Parties.
Waiver of Jury Trials. YOU AND WIGGLE ARE EACH WAIVING THEIR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL BY CONSENTING TO ARBITRATION. You and Wiggle have elected to have all claims and disputes resolved through arbitration pursuant to this Arbitration Agreement. The Arbitrator has the same ability to award damages and relief as a court and must obey the terms of this Agreement as a court would. In arbitration, there is neither a judge nor a jury, and judicial review of an arbitration award is limited.
Severability of this Arbitration Agreement. If any part or parts of this Arbitration Agreement are found under the law to be invalid or unenforceable, then such specific part or parts shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed and the remainder of the Arbitration Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If a Court decides that any of the provisions in the Arbitration Agreement above is invalid or unenforceable because it would prevent the exercise of a non-waivable right to pursue public injunctive relief, then any dispute regarding the entitlement to such relief (and only that relief) must be severed from arbitration and may be litigated in court. All other disputes subject to arbitration under the terms of the Arbitration Agreement shall be arbitrated under its terms.
Survival. The terms of this Arbitration Agreement will continue, even after your relationship with Wiggle has ended.
Termination of Wiggle Services to Users
These Terms are in effect from the date you accept them and continue to remain in force until terminated in accordance with their terms.
You can terminate your Account at any time by authenticating into the App, selecting the "Settings" tab (the gear icon), and following the on-screen instructions. Please note that if you delete your Account, your subscription will continue until the conclusion of the subscription period for which you have paid fees, and you will not be entitled to a refund except as otherwise expressly mentioned in these terms. In addition to deleting your account, you must also cancel/manage any recurring subscriptions purchased through a Third Party Store (e.g. Apple Store, Google Play) in order to avoid additional invoicing.
In the event that Wiggle determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any portion of these Terms, have misused the App, or have otherwise demonstrated conduct which Wiggle regards as inappropriate or unlawful (whether on or off the App), Wiggle reserves the right to: (a) warn you via email (to any email addresses you have provided to Wiggle) that you have violated the Terms; (b) delete your User Content; (c) discontinue your User Account; (d) discontinue your subscription(s) without refund; (e) notify and/or send your User Content to and/or fully cooperate with the proper law enforcement authorities for further action; and/or (f) pursue to any other action which Wiggle deems to be appropriate. You agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Wiggle’s sole discretion and that Wiggle shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your Account. Termination of these Terms or your Account includes the removal of access to your User Account, and all related information and content associated with or inside your User Account.
Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement. These Terms, which we reserve the right to modify at any time, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wiggle. The terms supersede all prior agreements, including the privacy policy. This clause does not restrict or exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
No warranty. Wiggle is merely an “aggregator” and shall not accept any liability or claim in connection with the fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability of the Wiggle App. Wiggle has taken reasonable measures to ensure the currency, availability, accuracy, and completeness of the information on Wiggle, which is provided "as is" and "as available." Wiggle does not make any express or implied warranties or representations regarding the information contained on the Platform. Use of Wiggle and all available content is at your own discretion. Wiggle is not liable for any damages resulting from the transmission or use of inaccurate User Content or data.
Further, Users are responsible for taking all precautions necessary to ensure that any content they obtain from Wiggle is free of viruses and other potentially destructive components. Users acknowledge that Wiggle will not be provided uninterrupted or error-free, that defects may not be corrected, and that neither Wiggle nor the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other malware. Wiggle is not liable for any damage to User’s computer hardware, computer software, or other equipment or technology, including, but not limited to, damage resulting from a security breach or any virus, bug, tampering, fraud, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer line or network failure, or any other technical or other malfunction.
Severability. If, for any reason, any of the Terms are declared illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of a competent jurisdiction, then to the extent that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from the Terms and the remainder of the Terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Waiver. No failure or delay in exercising any right, power or privilege under the Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right or acceptance of any variation of the Terms and nor shall any single or partial exercise by either party of any right, power or privilege preclude any further exercise of the right or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege.
Assignment. These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by us without restriction.
Change to these Terms
As Wiggle grows and introduces new features and functionalities, we might have to make changes to these Terms and therefore we reserve the right to modify, amend or change the Terms at any time (a “Change”). If we do this then the Changes will be posted on this page and we will indicate the Effective Date of the updates at the bottom of the Terms. In certain circumstances, we may send an email to you notifying you of a Change. It’s also possible that we might ask you to agree to our Changes, but we’ll let you know.
You are advised to regularly check this page for notice of any Changes, as we want our Users to be as informed as possible. Your continued use of Wiggle following any Change constitutes your acceptance of such Change and you will be legally bound by the new updated Terms. If you do not accept any Changes to the Terms, you should stop using Wiggle immediately.
Governing Law
Your access to the Wiggle App, Wiggle Content, and any User Content, any claims arising from or related to your relationship with Wiggle, and these Terms are governed and interpreted by the laws of Sweden. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and/or your relationship with Wiggle that for whatever reason are not submitted to arbitration, and all claims or cases challenging the enforceability or applicability of the Arbitration provisions herein, will be litigated exclusively in the Courts holding appropriate jurisdiction to adjudicate in Sweden. You agree that such courts shall have personal jurisdiction and venue and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum. You agree that you will not file or participate in a class action against us.

Wiggle Community Guidelines
Wiggle is not just a platform for making respectful, inclusive, and secure connections, but it is also your “safe-space” to meet like-minded individuals and explore new experiences with them. Our Community Guidelines, ensure to keep Wiggle a safe space and adherence to such guidelines is a must. To promote our objective, we hold our Users accountable for how they treat one another.
Our Community Guidelines contribute to the safety of our Users. They make it obvious what content and behavior are unacceptable (on and off our platform). Therefore, as a User you must review these guidelines carefully and adhere to them for the entirety of you connection with Wiggle.
Profile / User Account Guidelines
- Wiggle Users must be at least 18 years old. It is prohibited to create a profile that intentionally misrepresents your age as less than 18 years old. We reserve the right to request identification to verify your age, and we will restrict your access to the platform if you are juvenile.
- Profile Photos. Be You! As we want your profile to reflect your individuality! Therefore, at least one of your profile photos must depict only you and plainly display your entire face.
- Users may use initials, abbreviations, abbreviated or contracted versions of their name, nicknames, full names, and middle names. Users are not required to use their legal name or full name, but their usernames should accurately reflect the identity they use in everyday life.
Content and Behavior Guidelines
Adult Nudity and Sexual Activity. We prohibit naked, sexually explicit, and sexually offensive profile content. Furthermore, we prohibit the commercial exchange of any romantic or sexual activity, content, or services, including attempts to sell, advertise, or purchase adult sexual content.
Bullying and Abusive Conduct. Our community is for fostering goodwill. We prohibit content and conduct that makes any person or group feel harassed, tormented, or targeted. This includes demeaning, insulting, or intimidating behavior, making unsolicited comments about a person's appearance, engaging in emotional abuse, blackmail, repeated unwelcome contact, and wishing, encouraging, or praising violent acts.
Child exploitation and Abuse. We have a policy of zero tolerance for any form of sexual exploitation and abuse of children. We prohibit content that sexualizes or endangers children, whether real or fictional (for example, anime, media, text, illustrations, and digital images). This includes any depictions or discussions of sexually explicit behavior involving children. A minor, for the purposes of this policy, is any person under the age of 18. Even if the intent is to express outrage or raise awareness about this issue, it is illegal to publish, store, produce, share, or entice anyone to share child sexual abuse material.
Commercial and Promotional Activity. Wiggle is not a marketplace. We prohibit the use of Wiggle for unsolicited promotional or commercial purposes.
Controlled Goods and Substances. We prohibit Users from using Wiggle to purchase, sell, distribute, or directly facilitate the purchase, sale, distribution, or misuse of illegal narcotics and/or controlled substances. This consists of: e-cigarettes, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and the misuse of legal substances such as prescription medications, tobacco, and alcohol are all prohibited.
Dangerous Organization and Individuals. We do not permit organizations or individuals to have a presence on Wiggle that proclaim, glorify, condone, or are known to support a violent, dangerous, or terrorist-based mission.
Identity Based Hate or Hateful content. We strive to foster a diverse and inclusive community on Wiggle. We prohibit content and conduct that promotes or condones bigotry, dehumanization, degradation, or contempt against the following marginalized or minority communities: Discrimination based on race/ethnicity, national origin/nationality/immigration status, caste, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability or severe health condition, or religion/belief is prohibited.
Inauthentic Profiles. Wiggle values authenticity, and we expect all Users to authentically represent themselves in their profiles. Our platform prohibits impersonation and misrepresentation. This includes catfishing (i.e., constructing a false online identity) and falsifying personal information (including name, gender, age, and permanent location).
Misinformation. We prohibit the dissemination of content that is demonstrably false or grossly deceptive and is likely to cause severe damage or negatively impact individual or public safety. This includes content that directly contradicts information and recommendations from prominent global health organizations and public health authorities, deceptive or misleading information on any civic process, and dangerous and unproven conspiracy theories.
Physical/Sexual Violence. No content, imagery, or behavior that commits or threatens credible acts of physical or sexual violence will be tolerated. This includes physical stalking, using our platform to assist, facilitate, or support exploitation or human trafficking, and any form of sexual assault, which we define as unwelcome physical contact or attempted sexual physical contact.
Scams and Theft. Wiggle prohibits scams and thefts designed to defraud or manipulate Users into parting with their money or property. This includes requesting or pursuing financial assistance, lying about your intentions for financial gain, or feigning romantic intentions to defraud Users of their financial or material resources.
Sexual Harassment. We have zero tolerance for sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is defined by us as any non-physical, offensive, and unwelcome sexual behavior between Users. This includes cyber-flashing (sharing sexually explicit images without consent), in-person indecent exposure, sharing or threatening to share sexual or intimate images without the consent of the person involved or depicted, sending unwanted sexual comments or images, and fetishization.
Spam. We do not permit any kind of unwanted or irrelevant content sent in bulk or high frequency. This includes sharing misleading or misdirecting links, creating an excessive number of accounts causing disruption to other Users, or having multiple active profiles on our platform to engage in unwanted interactions.
Suicide and Self-Injury Promotional. We understand that some of our Users may struggle with mental health, self-injury, suicidal ideation, substance abuse, or eating disorders. While we do allow Users to share personal experiences with these issues in a secure manner, we do not permit content that depicts, promotes, glorifies, or assists in activities that could lead to suicide, self-injury, disordered eating, or body image issues.
Violent and Graphic Content. We prohibit violent, graphic, and gruesome content. This includes descriptions of violence in usernames or profile content, photos containing real or realistic-looking blood, bodily secretions, or injury, or images depicting any type of firearm (except on a uniformed law enforcement officer or member of the military).
Platform Manipulation. We prioritize fostering a community based on genuine connections, so attempts to manipulate connections, matching, conversations, or engagement through the use of automation or scripting are rigorously prohibited.
